Ethnography and Design
An AACS Bentley University Event

Ethnography increasingly is being adopted as a way of understanding everything from the voice of the customer, to technological design, and process improvement. This approach is giving major companies the advantage of creating designs that resonate directly with their targeted markets.

The workshop will focus on how to conduct ethnographic projects to inform the design of customer experience, user experience, physical spaces, and overall experience. Attendees will explore ethnography as an approach into which any methodology can be incorporated.
